3. Set the elastic layer. A heat-resistant soft rubber pad is laid between the inner surface of the drum of the rotary dryer and the lining plate. In order to prevent the soft rubber pad from overheating, an industrial felt with a thickness of 10-15mm is laid between the lining plate of the dryer and the soft rubber pad, which can reduce the noise of the rotary dryer below the standard.
4. Wrap the sound insulation layer outside the drum wall. Wrap a layer of 50mm thick industrial felt outside the drum wall of the rotary dryer, use the 1. smm thick steel plate as the protective surface, and fix it on the drum wall with bolts. The actual sound insulation value is about 12dB (A). If the two ends of the drum are also treated in the same way, the joint of the drum wall binding shall be well sealed, and the sound insulation effect may also be improved.
5. Sound insulation room is designed. If conditions permit, therotary dryerroom will be transformed into a special sound insulation room, which will be better than the sound insulation cover. However, attention must be paid to solving the problems of monitoring, indoor heat dissipation and maintenance during the operation of the rotary dryer.
